Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent who will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in banking or financial sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to promote financial products and services.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions based on their goals.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads, manage client inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset.
