INTAKE SPECIALIST | HAITIAN CREOLE SPEAKER
What You’ll Do
• Answer and manage incoming calls from prospective clients
• Gather accurate client and case information
• Conduct initial intake and document relevant details
• Provide a professional and empathetic experience to callers
• Accurately enter and maintain information in the required systems
• Escalate matters appropriately when needed
• Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluent in Haitian Creole & English
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong listening and customer service skills
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable working weekends
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Legal experience is NOT required!
