Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support overall business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple digital channels effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Creation & Management
- Plan, develop, and execute online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
2. Content Creation
- Produce and publish digital content, including blog posts, social media graphics, short videos, and ad copy.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
3. SEO & SEM
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Manage PPC campaigns to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
4. Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media content for all active platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and refine social media strategy to boost reach and performance.
5. Email Marketing
- Develop email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows.
- Track performance metrics and optimize for improved open and click-through rates.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to monitor KPIs and campaign results.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights or recommendations to leadership.
7. Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, graphic designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and engaging marketing materials.
8. Market & Competitor Research
- Research target audiences and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, email marketing tools, etc.).
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
